1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Craftly's website, templates, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Products and Licensing

Craftly sells digital templates. Each template is governed by the Craftly Template License (see the License page). The free templates are distributed under MIT License.

Purchase grants unlimited personal and commercial use across your own and client projects. Redistribution of the template itself as a standalone product is prohibited.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled through Gumroad within 7 days of purchase. Contact support through Gumroad's standard refund flow.

4. Intellectual Property

All templates, code, designs, and content (excluding content you create) remain the intellectual property of Craftly. Unauthorized redistribution is a violation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Templates are provided "as is". Craftly makes no warranty regarding fitness for a particular purpose or continued availability of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Craftly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the templates or services.

7. Changes to These Terms

Craftly may update these Terms. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
